The Fourth Annual Women’s Dream Conference will be held on Oct. 12th, Noon-4pm at the iconic 850 N Lakeshore Drive Ballroom, formerly the Lakeshore Athletic Club. It was founded by Andrea Metcalf, a successful serial entrepreneur and influencer who after 20+ years of marriage found herself staring at her future without a full-time career plan. She started the Women’s Dream Conference to inspire women to live their dream life. She believes the Women’s Dream Conference helps people create the job they’ve always wanted and build a life based on passion.The Women’s Dream Conference brings the best & brightest female entrepreneurs into the spotlight to share their passion, mistakes, advice and secrets in getting to live their dream life.
Speakers this year include FemCity Founder from Canada, Violette De Ayala , Dorie Blesoff, Northwestern Professor and the Chief People Officer at Relativity, Audree Grubesic, Founder of Modular Sure Site, (Denver, CO) and Kasia Jarosz, Internationally famed photographer as well as another six other professionals and past speakers including Beth Rosen, Chicagonista Live, Kymberlee Raya, Big Shot Marketing, CEO and Andrea Metcalf, celebrity Fitness expert. Each speaker has a 6 minute platform called a T.I.N.A. talk. Teach, inspire, nurture and advise are the base of these speeches. Then the speakers are assembled for panel questions and Q&A from the audiences.
