In just two years with Zurich North America, Adam has led key diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging(DIEB) initiatives. He is Co-Chair of the Legal Services DIEB Council and Co-Chair of PrideZ, the company’s LGBTQ+ national Employee Resource Group. He recently spearheaded an effort to create a more inclusive, multicolored, Zurich-branded flag and to hoist it during Pride month, for the first time, at Zurich’s North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. He participated as a panelist in the company’s CEO-led Day of Understanding activities, speaking about DIEB topics. He also focuses on the company’s mentoring and talent acquisition efforts, specifically through his involvement with Out &Equal Workplace Advocates, as a way of reaching under-represented communities in the financial services industry. In addition to his DIEB efforts, he participates in community events promoting sustainability, such as tree planting along waterways to help mitigate erosion and pollution.
