Alicia Suggs is the Director of Market Strategy Development at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (HBCBSNJ). She obtained her Master of Business Administration from Baruch College. Sugg sis an experienced healthcare professional and business strategist. In her three-year tenure with Horizon BlueCross Blue Shield she has held various executive leadership positions including roles in market strategy and segmentation, as well as value-based program specialty care. Additionally, she has spent the past two years as the Committee Chair of the Education Workforce for the Coalition of Black Professionals ERG at Horizon. Prior to joining HBCBSNJ, Suggs was the Senior Project Manager and Financial Liaison to the Greater New York Hospital Association. Outside of healthcare, Sugg is the Director of University and Alumni relations for the Metro New York Chapter of the National Black MBA Association.
