Jane Rudolph is the Sr. Director of Global Executive Talent Development for VF Corporation. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations overcome obstacles to realize their potential. She currently leads the development and succession planning for senior leaders across all of VF’s brands, including Vans, The North Face, Timberland, and Dickies, and has also been responsible for leading key talent initiatives including talent assessment and reskilling to accelerate VF’s digital transformation.
Before joining VF, Jane worked in talent and organizational development across several industries, including biopharm and government. Early in her career she consulted on the selection, assessment, and training of elite military special operations and intelligence groups, which shaped her approach to working with executive leaders. Jane holds a BS in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech and an MS and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University
