Cedric McDonald, Executive Vice President and Director of Operations of the Customer Care Center, joined PNC in December 2015. Cedric is responsible for leading a growing team of 3800+ teammates that provide support and assistance to fourteen(14) unique lines of business in the Retail Bank. The Customer Care Center can be described as the key problem solving hub of the Retail Bank, interacting with over 28 million customers annually through various channels such as voice, live chat, mobile messaging and social media.
Prior to joining PNC, Cedric worked for Citibank where he led credit card customer service onshore and offshore teams in the US, Philippines, India, and Central America.
Cedric currently serves on PNC’s Financial Services Administrative Committee along with the Black Leaders Forum Steering Committee.
