Danielle is a Research Excellence Lead with the Idaho National Laboratory. Lower graduated from Montana State University-Bozeman, she has an MS in mechanical engineering though she prefers to use her engineering degree in a less traditional role. Her current position is diverse and varied. She works as a human performance lead, cause analyst, employee development lead, office and lab space coordinator, training liaison, idea generator, and much more. She has previous experience in mechanical engineering analysis and design. She also spent time in Australia working as a patent examiner which was an experience that she loved and would never forget. She is detail-oriented, organized, and personable.
