Dr. Roberta McNeill is the Chief Medical Officer for US Family Health Plan, a TRICARE Prime military health plan sponsored by the Department of Defense. She earned her Master of Arts in Secondary Science Education from City university of New York College and her Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. In her role at US Family Health Plan, Dr. McNeill is able to help veterans gain access to the full Tricare Prime health benefits. This allows them access to routine doctor visits, specialty care, hospitalization, urgent and emergent care, preventative health care services and prescription coverage. Prior to this role, Dr. McNeill was the Medical Director II-Provider for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
