Yash Chandaka has spent most of his professional career working with data and advocating its value as a strategic asset with customers. He values honesty, creativity, and dedication. He truly believes in “Doing the right thing” and “Doing it the right way the very first time”. Yash is visionary data savant who is very clear on the data vision for the organization and creating the clear strategy to the vision. A true student to servant leadership, Yash values his role in building future data and analytics leaders so that the data strategy always has a supporting organizational plan. As a father of 3 young children and a loving wife, Yash understands the real value of a healthy work/life balance and avidly promotes that within his teams. While not solving data analytics problems for his customers, Yash likes to spend his time volunteering with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, partnering with Charity organizations to fund under privileged kids’ education in countries like India. He has been involved in various I&D activities at Clorox and his article on “Generational diversity at work place” was selected as a winning story submission. He also did a speaking engagement on the same topic at a Clorox employee event. He also likes to travel with his family during his spare time.
