Chin Kim currently serves as AVP of Compliance, supporting Pacific Life’s retail divisions. He joined Pacific Life in 1998 as an advanced marketing representative in the Retirement Solutions Division(RSD). He has held numerous leadership roles within sales and marketing prior to joining RSD’s compliance team in 2019. In addition to his professional role, Kim is the chair of Pacific Life’s AAPI Connections Group and a member of the Enterprise Inclusion Council to help support Pacific Life’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Kim earned his BA from the University of Michigan, and his MBA from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
