Dipti Paranjape is the Director of Marketing Effectiveness at McDonalds Corporation. In this position, she works alongside leadership to craft customer-based strategies and drive business growth. After two decades working for world- class brands across Asia and the US, Paranjape has developed the skills to know what drives footfalls, sold-out launches, and innovation: sharp insights and a robust strategy. Paranjapes philosophy is that the ways in which we connect with people, inspire them to think big, permit them to fail fast, and enable them to succeed.
Outside of work, Paranjape volunteers at Senior Living in a Chicago suburb, mentors colleagues, and is passionate about making sure women leaders – especially from minority groups – are seen and heard. In recognition of her accomplishments, she was awarded the 2020 President’s Award.
Paranjape holds a Master’s in Economics from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Mumbai.
