Donna Aaron currently serves as a Global Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Lockheed Martin. While in this role, she received accolades for developing a framework to host Courageous Conversations following the murder of George Floyd. Aaron is a collaborative leader with 15+ years of experience championing diversity, equity, and inclusion at top-ranking Fortune 100 companies. She also spearheaded the launch of an inclusive digital learning platform for Global D&I that sustained high executive engagement. Previously, Aaron was the Diversity Program Manager at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where she integrated corporate diversity strategies for all business units. Aaron has driven community improvement by partnering with Kaboom and corporate sponsors to establish playgrounds in historic housing districts in the Detroit metropolitan area. She also advocates for her community as a Marketing Consultant for the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity & Inclusion. Aaron holds an MBA and BBA from Northwood University.
