Natasha Winkler-Titus is the Founder & Director for Signifyer. Winkler-Titus has made a career for herself in the management consulting field as she has held senior management roles with companies such as Rio Tinto and KPMG which further inspired her to found Signifyer, where she and like-minded associates work to make significant change for individuals and organizations. She is also a faculty member at the Stellenbosch Business School where she teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Winkler-Titus earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Pretoria.
