Guillermo Sanabia is the Executive Director of Health Parks for Wellstar Health System. In this role, Sanabia is responsible for growth and operations of five, highly integrated, multi- specialty outpatient centers, serving thousands of patients weekly. In addition, he has previously led expansion of one of Georgia’s busiest Urgent Care centers; led construction, go-live and operations for two health parks and an ambulatory surgery center; implemented a successful surgeon affiliate recruitment plan; and improved growth, patient experience metrics, and employee engagement year over year. Prior to his current role, Sanabia led operations at Wellstar Paulding Hospital, creating an Environmental Service Council and cleaning standards that today guide processes across Wellstar’s entire System.

Outside of his work with Wellstar, Sanabia has served on the board of directors for Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, Cherokee Office of Economic Development, Children’s Haven, and Northwest Family YMCA. He received his MBA from Kennesaw State University.
