Lata Daswani is the CEO of Everest Fleet Private Limited, a fleet management company. Daswani assumed the role after spending two decades as a tax professional with leadership positions in MNCs in the financial services sector. Prior to assuming the lead at Everest, she was the Director & Head of Tax for India and Southeast Asia at Bank of America group. She has also previously held roles at Capgemini, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Bank and Citigroup. Between 2019 and 2021 she was invited to serve as a member of GST Core Committee for Confederation of Indian Industry. Outside of the office, Daswani is passionate about diversity and inclusion advocacy, youth mentorship, and social entrepreneurship. For her efforts, she was recently the recipient of the Indian Achievers Award. Daswani earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai and recently completed a Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
