Barba has experience in implementing viable financial product solutions, increasing banking and business investment efficiency, and deepening key client relationships. She is also a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to driving women to positions of power and keeping them there. She her Bachelor’s of Science in finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and she earned her MBA from Columbia Business School.
