Mandell Crawley is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Morgan Stanley. In this role, he is focused on driving Morgan Stanley’s capital strategy and talent agenda by fostering a culture that values their employees in terms of compensation and incentives, inclusion and belonging, health and wellbeing, a modern workplace and personal and professional development. Crawley earned his B.A. in economics from Northeastern Illinois University and his MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
