Meeta Gandhi is the Director of Operations at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. In this role, Ghandi serves the facility as the go-to leader for construction and renovation, operational space & surge planning, execution of strategic initiatives related to operational efficiency & financial vitality, survey preparedness, ancillary departments, along with human experience & team member engagement. She currently serves her organization as the Chair for the Asian Business Resource Group at Novant Health. Outside of Novant, Ghandi is involved with the Charlotte American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) chapter as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and currently as Sponsorship Chair. Ghandi was awarded ACHE’s 2020 Early Careerist Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award for North Carolina along with Elevate Lifestyle’s Top 30 under 30 “Future Leaders of Charlotte” Class of 2020. She earned her Master of Health Services Administration degree at Georgia Southern University
