Copeland has dedicated more than two decades of service to the health care industry. Copeland has a Master of Health Administration from George Washington University; a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham; and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
