He has more than 15 years of experience in financial services including banking, investment and financial planning. Before joining City National, Pinard was a Branch Manager for TD Bank N.A. for more than 10 years. Pinard’s M.B.A. is from the University of Phoenix, and his Bachelor’s is from Saint Mary’s University.
