Lauren is currently the head of North America’s Regional Merchandising and Planning and the Operational Manager at The North Face while also holding the position of Co-Chair of Attract Connect Engage Diversity (ACED) at North Face’s parent company, VF Corporation. She works collaboratviely to tackle complex challenges and drive sustainable growth. Her specialties consist of strategic analysis and action, global marketplace and consumer insight, assortment and line planning, fostering collaborative x-functional teams, change management and leadership development. She graduated with a bachelor’s in history with a concentration in psychology from Columbia University in the city of New York.
