Stacee Hasenbalg manages the U.S. Private Banking legal team which supports the private banking activities of BMO Financial nationwide and provides advice on various banking, regulatory and securities issues, as well as various fiduciary matters involving personal trusts, estates, charitable trusts and foundations. Prior to joining BMO Financial in 1996, she was an attorney in the Trusts and Estates Group at Mayer, Brown & Platt in Chicago. Ms. Hasenbalg is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the General Bar of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the ABA Trust Counsel Committee, the National Conference of Lawyers and Corporate Fiduciaries, the Chicago Bar Association and the Chicago Estate Planning Council. Ms. Hasenbalg also serves on the boards of Friends of the Chicago River and the Coalition of Women’s’ Initiatives in Law. Her accomplishments also include climbing to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2011.
