Crystle is currently the Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager and Internal Consultant at Robert Bosch LLC. In these roles she leads over 25 Business Unit Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors across the region who champion efforts and initiatives across the U.S., Mexico and Canada and has deployed a sponsorship program focusing on accelerating the careers of high potential individuals, resulting in over 50% of participants promoted in less than six months. She previously worked as a Diversity Council Leader at Genworth. There she oversaw the collaboration of Employee Resource Groups to increase the level of camaraderie and productivity, while decreasing costs by at least 50%. In 2014 she was the Chainman’s Compass Award Winner as a result of her strengths in change management, public speaking and networking. Crystle is a Certified Diversity Professional. She’s also obtained both a Bachelor of Science, Sociology, from the Old Dominion University and a Master of Business Administration, HR Management, from Strayer University.
