In her role as the Major Gifts Officer of UNICEF USA, Fumilayo leads relationships for 100+ Major Donors, regional and family foundations in the states IL, WI, MI, MO, and IA. She cultivates and stewards Major Gifts donors and entities and ensures that their gifts have been allocated properly and support the programs that the donors intended. She also creates cultivation, fundraising, engagement and stewardship plans for all donors within her portfolio. She was previously an Associate Director of Corporate Partner Development at the National Black MBA Association Headquarters. There she landed a $150,000 donation with a financial services company the first year they partnered with NBMBAA. She has a certificate in Capital Campaign Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing.
