Global Insights Lead, Marketing, Data and Technology Enablement
Nicole Thomas is the Global Insights Lead for the Marketing, Data and Technology Enablement Team with a focus on Consumer Experience and gaining human insights from big data. Prior to her current role, Nicole uncovered pivotal insights to drive business results across brands. She won a David Ogilvy Award for her advertising research on Clorox Bleach. Nicole enjoys volunteering with a focus on children and education. She also volunteers for Management Leadership for Tomorrow to increase minority representation in high-level management. Nicole earned undergraduate degrees in architecture and computer science from Florida A&M University and the University of Michigan. After graduation, she began her career as a network engineer. To amplify her business acumen, Nicole then earned an MBA from the University of Michigan with a focus on Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship.
