The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is committed elevating the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion to create an environment that properly reflects the world in which they work and creates a sustainable impact in the corporate world. As a part of this commitment BCG makes sure to obtain talent of various backgrounds and offer them access to their many global diversity affinity networks. BCG also focuses on supporting intersectionality across these networks and provides education, sponsorship, mentorship, networking, affiliation and access to senior leaders to their members. In North America, BCG has implemented Inclusion Accelerators, which are local office committees responsible for programming and education initiatives on topics of culture and identity. As consultants, BCG offer customized diversity, equity, and inclusion tools to their clientele. Additionally, the company partners with best in class diversity organizations to further their mission. Met with the challenges of the past year, BCG leadership announced six commitments to advancing racial equity. As a part of this commitment CEO, Rich Lesser, serves on the Business Roundtable’s Racial Equity & Justice subcommittees on Education & Workforce and Finance. BCG is also a founding member of the World Economic Forum’s Racial Justice in Business initiative.
