Stacey Jones is a Line of Business Risk Manager supporting PNC’s Root Cause Analysis efforts for the branches and care centers. She has been in banking for 22 years, celebrating her 11th year with PNC in September.  She has held various positions in the financial services industry from sales, sales coaching and development, training management, and risk management. Born in Georgetown, Guyana, Stacey identifies as an immigrant who assimilated into the American culture. She holds a unique perspective on diversity as she has had the opportunity to experience the Caribbean culture at home and the American culture when she opens her doors.  As a US Army veteran, she spent 5 years in the military in the Army’s Transportation Corp. She holds two degrees in Business. During 2020, she discovered her passion for inclusion as she was reminded of her experiences abroad and domestically where she wasn’t always included. Her deeply rooted faith in Jesus Christ as well as her village of family and friends inspired her to identify ways to speak out against the oppression of the widow, fatherless, stranger, and the poor. She is passionate about creating ways to express more of our shared equal signs of humanity.
