He has held an array of leadership roles from Quality Assurance, Engineering, Operations, Technology, and Product Management.

Chhaya has helped push companies and subsequently their organizations, products, and clients from mediocrity to best-in-class. His experience spans several industry disciplines including Manufacturing, Global Payment Systems Healthcare IT.

Chhaya earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He then attended Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business where he received his MBA in Management of Operations & Technology.
