Jarrett Waddy is the Director of Diversity, Equity& Inclusion Operations/Employee Resource Group Development at The Auto Club Group (AAA). In this role, he works closely with the VP/Chief Diversity Officer, senior leaders, management, and business lines to promote and advance the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. In his time with the company, Waddy has been a key catalyst in the ACG DE&I strategy and rollout of nine Employee Resource Groups across a 14-state footprint. He has over fifteen years of experience in adult higher education, diversity & inclusion consultation, marketing, community relations and workforce development. In 2021, he received the 2021 DE&I Champion Award presented by the National Diversity Council. He is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), alumni of Challenge Detroit Fellowship and serves on the board at Tri-City Community Development Corporation in Southwest Detroit. Waddy holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Central Michigan University.
