Met with the challenges of the past year, BCG leadership announced six commitments to advancing racial equity. As a part of this commitment CEO, Rich Lesser, serves on the Business Roundtable’s Racial Equity & Justice subcommittees on Education & Workforce and Finance. BCG is also a founding member of the World Economic Forum’s Racial Justice in Business initiative.
