“At VF, we are excited about our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action journey as we continue to leverage our diverse voices, experiences and thoughts to reinforce advocacy and allyship with our employees, consumers and communities.” -Sarah Agre

VF’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy begins with a commitment from the top, and is led by Chairman, President and CEO Steve Rendle. Rendle is advancing DEI by actively participating in VF’s inclusion councils and through his multiple pledges and commitments, including but not limited to: Paradigm for Parity, CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, and the UN’s Women Empowerment Principles. Additionally, VF’s strategic pillars are aimed at intertwining DEI into the functionality of the business by activating the company’s talent strategy globally with an inclusion focus, taking a stand externally on global issues that align with their purpose, and leveraging the diversity of VF’s associates as a competitive asset.  Over the past year, VF launched its Council to Advance Racial Equity (CARE) to guide and inform the company’s strategy to combat racial inequity. Additionally, VF has five ERGs with multiple chapters globally representing women, the LGTBQ+ community, Veterans, individuals with mental health and the BIPOC community. VF has also woven its DEI goals with brand product innovation.
